The Salt Flats 100
Ultra Run the Famous Bonneville Salt Flats!
Experience an Ultra Marathon through the stark, intimidating landscape that struck fear into the gold-rush wagon teams as they left the last water for 100 miles and entered a desert that at it's whim could mire them down in mud while it simultaneously dehydrated and killed them.
The course will start at the Bonneville Speedway (where land-speed records are set during SpeedWeek) and will run on Floating Island, Crater Island, Silver Island, and swing through Nevada before finishing back at the start.

Race Updates
Thanks again to everyone who helped make the 2012 Salt Flats 100 a great event!
The course proved to challenge even the veterans, with many stating this was a surprisingly physical course, and even more felt it was among the most mentally challenging courses they've run!
We're already preparing for next year's event; working with BLM on expanding the number of entrants, facilitating some of the logistics, and working with the city of Wendover, UT to make next year an even more amazing race.
